Fernhill Home Services Appointment Alerts. When you opt in on our website or by phone, you agree to receive text messages about your service appointments, including booking confirmations, technician arrival times, reminders and follow-ups.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the unchecked box next to our text message disclosure on a booking or contact form, or by telling our dispatcher. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of booking a service.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies by appointment, usually 2 to 6 messages per visit. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will get one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to rejoin.
