What we collect
When you request a price, book a visit or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email, service address and details about the job. Our website also records basic, anonymous usage data such as pages visited.
How we use it
To schedule, confirm and complete the service you asked for.

If you check the box to receive texts, we send messages about your appointments, such as confirmations, arrival times and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.
We do not share, sell or rent your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing described in this policy.
When we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our scheduling and payment systems, and only to deliver the service you requested, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep job records for seven years for warranty and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete marketing data at any time.
